Déborah Helle (she / her) is the first French & Swiss intimacy coordinator represented by the prestigious talent agency VMA in Paris. Her credits as an intimacy coordinator include productions from Netflix TV series, Swiss television RTS TV series and French feature films.


With a BA in film directing from the Haute Ecole d'Art et Design in Geneva and a Master's degree in Actor Training and Coaching from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, Déborah's approach is rooted in understanding power dynamics, prioritizing consent and trauma-informed practices in order to create safe and inclusive approaches in the entertainment industry. Drawing from 7 years of experience on film sets, Déborah has a strong background as an acting coach, guiding minors through emotionally charged and intense scenes involving violence and suffering. This has reinforced her skills as an intimacy coordinator and nurtured her methodology, providing a sensitive and adequate framework and creating safe containers where actors can engage in vulnerable work.


Additionally, her 20-year background in contemporary dance complements her work as a technical choreographer. With her innate empathy, active listening skills and commitment to consent-driven practices, Déborah is driven by worshipping all humans in their individuality.
